Theatermaker & Performer
I am a theatre maker, performer, and artist-researcher, based in Antwerp.
I hold an MA degree in performance practices from Artez University of Arts in Arnhem, the Netherlands (2022) and a BA in the art of media from the Art Academy in Szczecin (2020).
In my artistic practice, I combine methods at the intersections of contemporary theatre, performance art, relational art, happenings, and deep listening. In my research oriented practice, I work with concepts such as a body as a safe space, perception, and subjectivity from a phenomenological approach. My projects are often autobiographical and focus on affectivity and lived experience.
I work with persona, storytelling, and case study to transform personal experience into live performance.
In 2023 I was a resident at Fameus in Antwerp and received Talentontwikkeling grant from the city of Antwerp for the project Alphabet of feelings, a participatory project exploring the concept of a 'body as a safe space' and questioning wellbeing from the perspective of a highly sensitive person.
